Returns & Exchanges
Because each Grace & Bacon item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color choices, personalization details, or changes of mind.

Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at graceandbacon@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After that time, your order may have entered production and cannot be canceled.

Please carefully review all sizes, colors, names, monograms, and other personalization details before submitting your order. Personalized items will be made exactly as entered at checkout.
